Our Founders

Led by Dr. Piyul Mukherjee (PhD in Sociology, ethnography specialist) and Pia Mollback-Verbic (anthropologist and communication strategist), supported by a boutique team of 10–12 researchers. Together, they bring expertise from psychology, social sciences, behavioural economics, marketing, advertising, mass communication, gender studies, business management and cultural fluency to every project.

Piyul Mukherjee

PhD in Sociology. 30 yrs plus experience in qualitative research across South Asia. Co-authored a chapter on Youth Research in the ESOMAR Market Research Handbook. Member of Global Unilever Panel.
