Collaborating on project work is what led to the start of a successful partnership for Piyul Mukherjee and Pia Mollback Verbic. As senior marketing research professionals, the two worked on a few projects together over five years ago before they decided to launch their own venture.
In September 2009, the India-Dutch team founded Quipper Research, a unique startup that has an all women team dedicated specifically to the field of qualitative marketing research. Three years later, the venture has a team of eight professionals who have worked with over 40 brands globally including Domino’s Pizza, Orra Diamonds, Rolex Watches and Dell Printers.
“We began with workshops on qualitative research before we realised the immense potential across various industry verticals,” says Mollback Verbic. The startup now works with companies across a variety of industry segments from fast moving consumer goods to finance and retail. Such industry validation has helped them break new ground by setting up the country’s first online platform for qualitative research.
“We want to be known as a qualitative research company that continuously innovates with new technologies, tools and state of the art research solutions,” says Mollback Verbic.
